2010 Closing Ceremony

Freeway Gardens  •  Monday  •  2:30 pm

Once again, the festival invites everyone to attend our big send-off to all the great fans and musicians who joined us this year. This party offers free admission to anyone who has ever been a Jubilee Volunteer and who wears their Jubilee Volunteer Shirt of any year and condition (no matter how tattered and dirty).

Bob Draga and Tom Rigney2011 Emperor Tom Rigney, along with Flambeau, and Fulton Street Jazz Band, will "raise the roof" for one last chance to party and enjoy our friends gathered for the weekend. Then it will be time for the 2011 Festival Emperor to officially declare this year's festival as history. We will toast to all 38 years of celebrating jazz music here in Sacramento, and thank our dedicated volunteers. Who will be named the next emperor for the 2012 Sac. Jazz Fest. & Jubilee? Come and find out!

Thank you, everyone, for coming!
